Checking data usage on unlimited mobile plan

I have an unlimited mobile plan but wanting to see what my actual data usage is. When I’m in my EE app all it will tell me is that I’m on an unlimited plan.

any ideas?

You can't from EE. All you can do is look at the mobile data usage on your devices.

You can't but EE can - not sure why they don't enable it - you can chat with them and they will tell you!

Funny thing is though, when you call them to arrange a new contract they can see your usage so they know what to offer you, why can't they share that info with me?
I've also found in the past that the usage EE says I've used will differ from what my phone says I've used

Have you spoken to our mobile guides on 150 and been advised how much data you are using?

Do you reset the data counter in your phone settings each billing date?

It appears that they deliberately do not show it to you just in case people realise they don't need the amount of data that they're paying for!

Hi @sebs247,

Welcome to the EE Community

You should now be able to view data usage on your unlimited plan by logging into the website and then clicking your data allowance on the home page should take you to the usage page.

Click the Usage history drop down and the allowance showing as active is how much you have used this month, i.e. if it says 20GB left you have used 20GB so far. The expired allowances show your last few months usage.
