I can’t seem to be able to gift my daughter data, which I do every month. It says she has unlimited data hut she doesn’t! She needs to have data, it’s important!

Thanks for coming to the community.

Could you log into the EE app and select the number you are trying to gift data to and view the add-ons for this number, do they have unlimited data showing?

I logged in this morning and my daughter’s number was there and I was able to gift her, thank goodness! Never had this issues in all the years I’ve been with EEbut it’s worked now, how? I don’t know but thanks anyways!

I had the same issue (gifting via the website) and had to ring 150 to get it sorted. The support person was able to do it but could not explain why I could not.
