i just bought a ee sim card with 10 pounds from uk. i just came in my counrty here in greece. and i want to use the data that the ee sim has as theyy told me. and i can not. why please? and how i can use it? you need to provide the phone number to check it?

An EE Pay as you go SIM card will not work abroad unless it has been used in the UK first, @djbeat69

Did you make a phone call or send a text message from the SIM in the UK, before you went to Greece?

i just receive sms on that phone number. my current credit is 10 pounds. is there any solution to activate the uk data here in greece. or i have to pay something, but how? please help me

Hi @djbeat69.

A call or text will need to be made in the UK using the EE home network before travelling abroad.
