Cellular Data Randomly Turned off

My mobile data has suddenly stopped working. No bars of signal, I've turned off/on, done the usual disconnect reconnect etc.

I'm on a plan plenty of data left, done a network search. All should be working but it's not..

any suggestions?

This is the reason you can't use mobile data - you don't have network coverage! That will cause issues using mobile data, making & receiving calls, also sending & receiving text messages.

Assuming this is in a location you have previously had coverage, use the "check status" option on https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker in the first instance.

reading this back I've worded myself wrongly. Everything is on but I have no signal and i don't know why
