My son got smartwatch galaxy Lte for Xmas.

I would like set up for him watch with mobile plan data so he Can use watch like a phone.

What do I need to do ?

@Smialo I don’t think it’s possible to have a stand alone Watch tariff for that watch. EE offer stand alone watch tariffs when you purchase the watch from them and that’s only for the Apple Watch as that’s a feature of the Apple Watch. that’s called a family watch plan.
Even if you’re get an Apple Watch elsewhere you can only have a personal paired plan. Ie it’s liked to the iPhone because it’s on the same account .
