Data suddenly stopped working in USA

I’ve been in the US for a week and my data has worked fine.

This morning all of a sudden it wasn’t working. I have reception but there’s no data at all. I don’t see 4G/5G. It’ll occasionally display an E but then it disappears. Signal is intermittently dropping out and showing SOS.

I had coverage in this location before. It’s a major city…

Also I can no longer see the data roaming toggle option anywhere in my settings.

Have you tried manually connecting to different available networks to see if the connection is any better?

E indicates a 2G network, SOS indicates a lack of mobile coverage.

It would be impossible to make or take calls, send/receive texts or use mobile data, without mobile coverage abroad.

Yes Ive tried that , I go into network selection and turn off automatic and select another provider and still no joy , I can't download Skype as it needs to send a text

Are you able to access the live chat service through the 'help' section of your EE app, @DavidW7?
