      <description>&lt;P&gt;Visibility of the BALANCE (AL) text mentioned above would confirm usable allowance.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you using a new EE-supplied phone, or one from another network? The APN settings will be needed if the latter.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In what way is mobile data not working - what are the symptoms? Do calls &amp;amp; texts work?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
