Hi,
I have two unlimited plans and two with data limits. When I try to transfer data from the unlimited plans to those with limits, an error pops up saying it failed, but when I transfer between those with limits, I can do so without any problems.

What price plan do the numbers with limits have showing in the EE app?

Have you been able to gift data to both numbers with data limits previously?

The problem with sending data between all numbers wasn't there before. But when I upgraded to unlimited, there's an issue.

I talked to 150, but unfortunately, they couldn't solve the issue. They opened a case, and I have to wait up to 5 business days.
