      <title>Speed Caps - how do they work?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In my area, the speeds are rarely above 50mbps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I have two plans, one with unlimited speed and the other capped at 100mbps, will both receive the same speeds (ignoring all other factors), or will the uncapped plan be prioritised and so the capped plan may experience lower speeds, even when below the 100mbps cap?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
