It’s an ongoing complaint I have with EE, various complaints executives have been replying to our emails. Each time it seems they have a different response for us. It’s my sons phone so can’t text Boost at the moment as he’s out but will have a look later. The EE app doesn’t show the 500mb (or any other boosts) It shows a boost counter for weekly packs with just one tick and 11 more weekly packs to buy, he’s never been on a weekly pack! Was told to ignore that by EE. I’m going round in circles with them. They tend to give us a one off data boost due to us contacting them but all my son wants is the data he’s entitled to be automatically added on his pack when it renews without the hassle of having to contact them.
Seriously considering running down his credit balance and then going somewhere else.

I’m having trouble finding someone at EE to explain it!

That's correct. Every 3 packs you buy you will earn a free 500MB boost to your next & all subsequent packs. These boosts will add up cumulatively.

I haven’t been given it inDecember, Jan or Feb.
