My data isn’t working

I was gifted 60 gig if data on the 7th & I’ve just received message saying it has nearly run out & but I can’t find anything/ breakdown as to where this has gone & I don’t believe I have used all the data provided?

same happened to someone I gifted 60GB to on 07/02 too. I have contacted support via the chat on the app and they say there is a technical issue and they are working on it. Not ideal

Did you get a text to let you know the data had been gifted?

Can you text BALANCE to 150, does this show you have used the data?

Which device are you using?

Did the recipient of the gifted data receive a text to let them know the data was gifted on the 07/02?

Has all data been used?
