I am in Turkey and I have Travel Plan active. However I cannot access mobile data. Why would this be? I am paying £25/month for the Travel Plan

The Travel Plan is just a billing add-on to reduce the cost of roaming, it doesn't enable the roaming facility itself. Does your phone show a connection to any Turkish networks? Did you receive a welcome text message on arrival in Turkey?

Can you make & receive calls, or send & receive texts?
