@Donķey123 You need to then call customer services to request this and you’ll need a credit card to pay a refundable token. Or you can go to a EE store with in date photo ID to make this request or you can use THIS

@Donķey123 : You need to call CS to apply for the block on your particular site to be lifted along with arguments for doing so.

Your site itself requires confirmation that the user is over 18 as it's about cannabis That in itself indicates it's not suitable for under 18s. Hence it is subject to Content Lock.
