Hi looking to gift data to my son, but its won't let me, I have never had this problem before, any ideas please

This has always worked for me up until recently, trying to gift data today and the app won’t allow me. Advises I’m unable to do so. This has always worked.

Looks like EE have resolved this over night. Can now gift data at normal.
