Mobile Data Not Working

My mobile data button is greyed out and i cant even click it and it says emergency calls only. When i go into mobile network settings and go on sim management, the whole page is greyed out and i cant click on anything but its also says the same for mobile data settings which is also greyed out. I cant check the network coverage because my phone isn't recognised (my phone is an Honor 10 lite) but my dad has the same sim card as me but he has an iPhone and it works fine. Please help!?

Do you have a pay as you go or pay monthly SIM?

Can you try the SIM card from your phone in your Dad's iPhone to see if you get data and signal showing available?

I just swiched my sim out with my dads and his worked on mine but mine didnt work in his so it must be the sim. im on a contract where i pay each month

Hi @RafeB

It sounds like the SIM card has become faulty and will need replaced, to do this please call us or pop into an EE Store with photo ID to get the replacement sorted 🙂
