      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I recently have had alot of my data wipes. Your colleague explained that there was nothing that could be done and it is not an issue on your behalf.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like to first make a formal complaint about this colleague.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Second I would like to access to data and files over the past few years as evidence that I have had my data wiped and would like ilthe case looked into and the data replaced immediately.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There are several phone calls o have had with members of your team which should be stored as evidence to my case. You're last college refused to help or assist me with this and I do hole the next person you put me in contact with will 100% help to resolve this issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
