Welcome to the community.

Yes, if you run out of data allowance, your phone will stop using mobile data. You'll be given the option to buy a data add-on, if you want to.

@babatunde87 Not necessarily it will depend if your contract has stay connected included with it. Stay connected data is extremely slow it’s mainly for emails/whats app it’s not really for browsing the net or other apps that require a fast data connection.

Hey - I've got that. Does that mean I'm still charged extra, or is it essentially free (even if it's slower and lower quality)?

That's right, @Arassat, there's no extra charge to use your Stay Connected Data.

I have made numerous calls to CS regarding the failure to add data to my mobile broadband sim. Months this has been going on. Disgraceful service. I am going to move to vodsphone
