Mobile hotspot "no internet"

I'm struggling to use my mobile hotspot on my work laptop. I know it's not the laptop as my friend's iPhone hotspot worked and connected.

I've looked at settings, and I have 30Gb data. The laptop connects to the hotspot with and without password (tried both) no problem, but then says 'no internet'.

Can you connect any other device to your mobile hotspot and connect to the internet?

Can you try changing the password in your mobile hotspot settings, then forgetting the network on the laptop and try connecting again?
