Unlimited data for one month

I received a text saying I could unlimited data for a month from my birthday, 20th January. As advised, I texted Yes to 1216 but received a message saying that the text could not be sent. Any suggestions?

I rang 150 and after 12 seconds, every time I call I get 3 beeps and the call is ended.
