£2 for 2 days add on , 1142 not responding

I received an offer for unlimited data for 2 days for £2 from 1152, the message said I can renew as many times as I like until midnight on 28th October, I have already used the offer twice, I have texted the the activation word to 1152, but have not received a response and the money has not been taken, how would I activate the add on when the number is not responding.

I had the same today from 1142 but for £5 for 5 days.
I assume a scam?

Texts from 1142 are genuine texts from EE.

Have you text back and not received any acknowledgment?
