Please help i order for a contract sim to my surprise the sim only came with 2G Data for 13 pounds monthly i have been calling the customer care number for hours without any response.

has anyone experienced this before?

please what should i do

I ORDEREED A NEW SIM WITH I GOT THIS 3DAYS AGO. I ACTIVATED IT ONLY TO FOUND OUT THAT IT ONLY CAME WITH 2G DATA ACCESS WHICH I HAVE USED TODAY , AND I BEEN DEBTED WITH 13 POUNDS FOR THE MONTHLY PAYMENT. ITS SO RIDICULOUS

Yes, but which SIM did you order & how much data did it have? You must know what you ordered.

@XRaySpeX It would be helpful to understand what device they are using as it may only be 2G compatible or a setting might need changing.

@Northerner : OIC! I'm reading OP as having ordered a contract SIM & received 1 with only 2GB data & is querying that amount. EE don't sell 2G network SIMs.

Oh, I suppose it could be either way at a pinch. OP is unclear.

I can only assume you ordered by price alone & never bothered to see what data it came with. You got what you ordered, a 2GB data No Frills SIM Only!
