Plenty of Data but as soon as i am away from my home Internet my phone may as well be off as i have no Data.

Help.

Yes,Mobile data is turned on.

If i go out for example away from my Internet provider my phone may as well be off because nothing works. Can't make or receive calls. Cant message. Cant get on Internet

Do you have any signal showing when not connected to WiFi?

Yes i have the signal.

As i said.....it happens anyway and everywhere.

This conversation isn't helping with the issue at all.

Simply put. I have no Data or Internet connection when i am away from my Home Internet provider.

Its that simple....I have shown you that i have a ton of data to use YET i am unable to use my phone when i have NO Internet connection from my indoor router.

Sorry you mentioned being unable to make calls and texts in a previous response and wanted to check if you had an EE signal showing.

If this is only data affected, has this worked previously for you away from home?

In your EE app then Settings, do you have 'Use mobile data' turned on?

As ive said....as SOON as i move away from my HOME internet connection my phone is dead.

No wifi. No calls in or out. No Internet. No nothing.

Mobile data is turned on.

EE signal is also showing.

Use mobile data is also turned on in my EE app.

Yes.. this is the 1st time this has happened and ive NEVER had this problem before.

Seems like we are going round in circles here.

Thanks for confirming @Andycmgreen.

Are you able to try the SIM card in another phone to see if the same happens? This would help us to know if this is the SIM card or phone that may be causing this.
