I’m trying to gift data from my allowance to my sons but there is no gift data option

Are you both under the same MyEE family a/c, not PAYG or a No-Frills contract? You need to be to be able to gift data. See Gift Your Data and Set Controls .

Use your online MyEE, not the app.

no i’m still not able to gift and yes they are on the same pay monthly account

If you log into the EE app and select Plans and Subscriptions, and view the allowance do you have the option to gift data?
