I'm trying to gift data to my daughter who is on my plan, but I keep getting a message that says we are trying to fix this try again later, this has been happening for the last few days any ideas?

Is this happening both on the My EE app and the My EE online site?

Hi Chris

I only know how to get onto the app through my phone, I don't know how to get onto the online site, I've not gifted data before so wondered if I was doing it wrong or maybe my account needs to be tweaked to allow me to do this.

Hi Katie,

Yes my plan is unlimited data but my daughter only gets ten gig

Did you try logging in on the page that @Katie_B linked to, @Zafira1? You should be able to gift data from there.
