Unusually high calls demand

Does anyone know the time that EE doesn’t have unusually high calls? I
it’s not unusual as the last 3 times I’ve called it states “unusually high call demand” 🤷🏻‍♂️

@Piltch76 Not around iPhone release day for a start, customer services will receive lots off calls around this time. To be honest there is not perfect time to call and if there was everyone else would be calling at that time.
