Add spend cap (travelling abroad) BT paying for EE

Hi
I pay for my EE monthly mobile via BT. When I go to my account details all I get is the option to change my password.

I will be travelling abroad for a week shortly and want to ensure there is a spend cap on my phone. How do I do this?
