Hi, can I ask if anyone knows if I upgrade my sim only account mobile deal to an unlimited deal, will I have to have a new SIM card sent to me to insert, or will my current data allowance simply change with my existing card. I'm on holiday for about 3 weeks at the moment so getting a new sim sent to my home won't help me whilst away ? thanks

Hey there when you upgrade to a bigger tariff or more data. The process happens on the sim you have in your phone now. So you shouldn’t get a new sim unless you ask for one. The plan should just change on the sim you have
