    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been getting a&amp;nbsp;"sign in to network" notification and when I tap on it, it then says my Data is blocked I went online to check my date on my plan ans in setting I tapped on "use mobile data" and it don't untick and says wait 30 mins which and I have and even tried using text to 150 with no luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
