Gifting data not working

My kids are both on my account. Each month I manually gift them data. Did it a few days ago. Showing online as fine from my number. No data been received by either of them. Normal text messages confirming not received by any of us.

cannot solve this problem

Hello,
Yes it’s showing as removed. However i normally always get a text message each time I gift data, and my kids always get a text as well. No texts at all have been received by any of us ANDmy son got a text saying his data had been 100% used up.
