You should be able to remove this online yourself by visiting your My EE account and selecting 'Add-ons & Extras'.

I have gone into it, but can’t figure out how to remove it.....I’m rubbish at this!

You can also stop the reoccurring add-on by texting STOP UNLIMITED to 150.

If you do not receive any acknowledgment I would recommend checking your add-on has an end date within your My EE.
