What would be the best option for having mobile 4g that's not on a long contract

Hi EE team,

I'm an existing EE customer and currently looking to start using a portable 4g modem with data SIM, specifically so that I don't have to think about any installation for fixed broadband or fibre. I have looked through the EE website thouroughly although would like some feedback or recommendation from the community.

Does EE have any data Sims with a large amount of data which will be able to provide enough data for remote working for example and a couple of other devices? Say 300-400gb?

I would also prefer not to be committed to a long term contract and have a monthly rollover plan instead. Would 'monthly' contracts mean a rollover plan that has no commitment?
