Mobile Data not working

I have had no mobile data for two days now, tried all the fixes: aeroplane mode etc. status checker says problem fixed but still not data. Any idea what is going on?

Can make calls, all messages have been over Wi-Fi. Not getting service in local area at all. Not gone further away so not sure about other places. Thank you.

What happens if you try and make a call when not connected to WiFi?

I can make calls when not on Wi-Fi, have check all mobile data settings on the handset. I don’t know others on ee so not sure if others are experiencing issues. Will try and pop into an ee store this afternoon and see if there are any known issues.

I have unlimited data on my plan. When I try to load a website I get a message saying can not connect to the internet.
