I just bought EE SIM then bought package of 25 GB data but mobile data not working... Internet not working...but call & txt massage active...

Are you in the UK at the moment or abroad? Have you tried restarting your phone?

I am in UK ... Tried everything... Reset my phone , reset network setting , reset APN setting also... But nothing... I have 50 GB data... But unable to Internet.. But calling & text OK...

What kind of device are you using, @Ziko3369?

Is Mobile Data activated in the device settings?

It shows 4G but not working..

I am also using another sim called lebara that is working properly. So my device is OK..
