Phone not working properly in Germany

I am having a lot of problems with my phone in Germany. It keeps telling me my spending cap has been breached. I have paid £2 per day previously for my use of phone. This happens automatically and has not been an issue before. Now I am finding it wonr work. I have followed protocol in texts but they take ages to work. When occasionally it does work its extremely slow.

Do you have an active spend cap? Have you tried increasing the spend cap in your My EE account?

What do you mean by "followed protocol in texts"?

Which German networks have you tried connecting to, and are finding problematic?
