Oppo reno 6 pro 5G issue on 5G network

Hello guys, i have oppo reno 6 pro 5G device. I observed very big issue while running on EE sim. As have an unlimited 5G data but I can't use it as while i runs 5G in my mobile with EE sim i got maximum 40mbps downloading speed (certified checked online & with various application) but while running on 4G i got max 70 mbps speed. I tried it various location in London like O2 mall, central London area, Stratford, Wembley, Croydon. Also while i streaming on 5G it shows buffering but on 4G it runs smoothly.

Till i don't know while this happens with EE, as i used lebara sim and i got max 150mbps & also used O2 sim i got speed upto 200mbos in 5G. But i don't know why EE is not supporting this also i took a 2 year contract & i can't able to get a speed.

I think EE must have to resolve this issue.

The speeds an depend on a number of variables. If you speak to our technical support team, they'll be able to check everything is OK from our side and look into this for you.
