Gifting Data

I am abroad and want to gift data to my children. If I try on the app, I am being told I don't have enough data. My plan is unlimited. Please help.
The website doesn't work either it can't tell how much data any device on my plan has

I’m in Thailand. My billing date was 2nd

@ritarcam : There's your answer. If you are in a country, like Thailand, where you cannot use your own UK allowances when your billing date occurs, you can no longer gift data until you return to UK.

That's a poor show by EE I'm still paying my bill back home and not using it
