Hello, at the beginning I will write that my English is weak, so I don't know if we will understand each other. I have been using pre-paid internet in Germany for over a year now and so far everything has been great. Internet has been down for two weeks. The range is 3 bars and the inscription "4G R". In the mobile application, it shows about 60gb of internet that I have to use. Changing location doesn't work either. Transferring the card to another phone also does not work. Is anyone able to help me?
