topic WHY IS EE SO **bleep**? in Mobile Data

I am a PAYG customer, I have ALREADY PAID for my data, so why can't EE provide it? They make their adverts in my town, with Kevin Bacon, but their service in my town is **bleep**.

Is it because they are just **bleep** everywhere, is it that they are too stupid to work out how to run a network that actually works? When you try to call technical support there's a queue of callers waiting a mile long, so I tend to think they just **bleep** everywhere. Other networks can provide data, but EE are supposedly no.1 in the UK? No.1 at being **bleep**.

There are laws in the UK about taking cash from customers and then not providing the service they have paid for.

Have you just tried restarting the device ?

As for calling customer services what do you expect or do you think that no one should be calling customer services because you think you should have priority over everyone else.
