Hi there, how can I check when my data were used and how much? From my account I can only see day and time but not how much was used......I have received a warning that I have used almost all my allowance but I doubt that is correct as I mainly use wi-fi and I have renewed pack only 5 days ago. thanks, but what I am after is a breakdown of data usage, as apparently I have used 2GB in 5 days.......which is incredible and never happened before, as I am mainly using wi-fi.

Do you know how can I get the info I need?

Hi @lubru

Your phone settings should show you what has been using your data.

If you give us a call on 150 the team should be able to give you a more detailed breakdown 🙂
