I have tried on both the website and the app but the option seems to have disappeared?

I have also deleted & reinstalled the app

It should be on the main home screen when you log in. Are you able to gift through the My EE Desktop site?

If you speak to our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to look into this and hopefully gift the data manually for you.
