No data abroad

I have no data abroad. I have unlimited date and it says I have constant 4G and 5G but I don’t have any. I’ve never had this problem before. Can anyone help?

Have you purchased a roaming pass or data add-on?

Hello @Rebeccas6788.

Did you purchase the Roam Abroad Pass to be able to use your services whilst in the EU?

Before leaving the UK did you activate roaming by either texting ROAMING to 150 or by giving us a call on 150?

Have you tried manually connecting to another available network?
