Why is happening that I can't top up my account for data purchase. This has been on for days. I think if it continues I will have to port to other networks. This is tiring

What happens when you try to top up? Have you tried our Fast Payment service?

Hi Chris,
since the interface was changed recently, I have been finding it difficult
to see the option for top up but thanks to the link you shared now, I was
able to use it for the top up and have access to data.
