      <title>Continual buffering</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;How come since I refused the so called "FREE Upgrade to 5G" which would have changed my payment monthly from £23 To £30+ where's the FREE in that!! my internet has been continually sluggish and nigh on unusable when online and playing games ? I have done ALL the Anti virus scans and Malware scans and come up with nothing that has resolved this problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm starting to think that ALL IP 's are just a scam unless you upgrade to the "so called recent "Free Upgrades" and I have been given NO realistic or "Honest" reasons to think otherwise!! I too will be changing to another Internet provider as soon as my contract ends Period!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So hopefully someone may be able to help me resolve this problem at their earliest convenience till then my decision stands. Thank you&amp;nbsp; for your help and input be it negative or otherwise I dnt really care.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
