    <description>&lt;P&gt;Have removed previous network provider profile, have turned off mobile data and switched back on, and tried resetting network settings but nothing has worked. &amp;nbsp;Have mobile data enabled also but despite seeing 4g and signal showing nothing accessible and get a message saying not connected&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;all 3 Apple phones transferred today having the same problem and nothing worked&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3615067"&gt;@Mw50&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; SIM cards can take up to 24 hours to activate. &amp;nbsp;Try restarting the device/s a few times as this helps. &amp;nbsp; If it’s not working tomorrow morning then give customer services a call.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
