The fact that the phones are periodically picking up AT&amp;amp;T would indicate you have roaming active on your account (usually if you don’t, even getting a signal doesn’t happen, you simply get No Service / SOS only)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You’ve switched on data roaming so that should work also. `I assume you have roam further on your account and don’t have any spend caps in place that could prevent anything from working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you do have AT&amp;amp;T coverage, are you able to make or receive calls?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could it be that you’re in a bad coverage area, could a manual roam onto T-Mobile fix this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Data Roaming - USA</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Arrived today. Neither myself or my wife are getting the service we paid for. Data &amp;nbsp;roaming is on, but although we occasionally see AT&amp;amp;T in the top left hand corner, nothing is connecting. We have tried switching the phones on and off, switching data roaming off and back on. Any ideas?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
