Can you explain a bit more, what you mean by your network being disconnected?

It shows no service for the first time haven’t experienced before and I can’t call EE too?

Yes, there's a live chat on that link for pay monthly customers, @Lorrlorr.

If you can't access it, I'd recommend calling one of the contact numbers from another phone.

So I got to the EE shop with my ID and they claim my sim has been cancelled and have no reason for that , how’s this even possible please?

When was the last time you used your SIM for a chargeable service? If it was over 179 days ago, your account will be in hibernation.
