Add on data for PAYG

I am trying to purchase a data add on for a PAYG phone.

MyEE is only offering me the rolling subscription data packs.

Texting ADD DATA to 150 only gives me prices and tells me to long on to MyEE!

Any advice appreciated.

When I recently texted "ADD DATA to 150" it returned a list of add on options, with text replies required for each, e.g. "For £6 add 750MB that lasts up to 30 days, reply 750MB". It added at the en "For a full list log on to the My EE app or ee.co.uk/MyEE".

Another way, it seems: having no current data bought, but with £25 credit, I received a text that says "to use data on your phone you'll need an add-on or pack. Click here to buy http://add-on.ee.co.uk/text". I had to turn off WIFI and turn on mobile data on my phome to see the list of top-up options, with associated links to buy.

Also try "Plans & Subscriptions" from Home page, then "Manage Mobile", and scroll down to "View add ons", and choose.
