No mobile internet after upgrade.

Hi. I recently swapped my pixel 6 for the oppo x5 find. I received a new SIM with the phone (same number). I have unlimited mobile data but when I switch it on nothing is happening. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

More info is required, ie, doesn't power on, no signal, can't make call etc.?

Also... a replacement SIM is often supplied with upgrade phones incase there is a problem with your existing one or it doesn't fit the new phone.

Is your existing SIM still working? And does it fit your new phone?

Hi, mobile signal is fine can send SMS and make a call with no problems

Hi, old sim stopped working yesterday. It would fit my new phone yes.

If you have activated the replacement SIM, then check if that new SIM works in your old phone.

I suspect it will, and that mobile data is potentially not enabled on your new phone.
