Roaming not working in Thailand

I’m new to EE but I signed up recently and i took a roaming plan on because I travel a lot. I’ve arrived in Thailand and my phone has a nice 5g sign… but my phone won’t connect to any internet. I’ve checked my account settings and they confirm i am set up for roaming. I even text ROAM to 150 and got a confirmation text too. Can anyone help?

@AJC1976 Have you purchased a data add on ? You can not use your tariff allowance while there. You can only use your tariff allowance in the EU,USA,Australia,New Zealand ,Mexico add Canada with the roam further pass. EE don’t sell roaming tariffs. So it sounds like you’ve had roaming enabled on your account and that’s all.
