Anyone else having problems gifting data. Go through the process of gifting data, then press the gift data button and nothing happens!

Are you using the My EE app or logging into your My EE through a web browser?

Why is EE app so poor and slow when it does work. Every month I have problems gifting data on app or using the web with either app stopping despite new phone and always installing or updating new EE app? Error messages on web version say cannot display data amount and won't allow me to gift data to the family.
